About the Role:

As a Director, you will oversee personal independence audits, define audit objectives and scope based on risk assessments and regulatory priorities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage periodic audits of personal independence compliance for professionals across the firm.
  • Oversee the independence review process for new clients to ensure completeness and accuracy of independence documentation.
  • Support M&A conflicts check process and conduct thorough reviews of existing client relationships, services, and affiliations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in public accounting with expertise in independence matters.
  • Prior people management experience and leadership skills.
