Autonomous Brain for Enterprises - GTM Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful individual to join our team as a Growth Team Member (GTM). As a GTM, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales orientation, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A background in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and build target customer lists across various industries.
- Identify decision-makers and collect verified contact information.
- Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
- Outreach & Pipeline Building
- Execute outreach campaigns via email, calls, and other channels.
- Craft compelling first-touch messages that secure meetings.
- Maintain and update CRM with pipeline activity.
- Sales Development
- Shadow and support discovery calls with prospects.
- Document customer pain points and map them to our use cases.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pilot plans, and follow-up emails.
- GTM Collateral & Demos
- Help create sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Support product demo sessions and take structured meeting notes.
- Market & Account Intelligence
- Track competitors, industry news, and enterprise AI adoption trends.
- Research key accounts to personalize outreach and positioning.
- Metrics & Reporting
- Track weekly KPIs: outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates.
- Prepare reports for the sales and GTM team on progress and insights.
What We're Looking For
- A final-year student or recent graduate with a passion for sales and marketing.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn messy inputs into actionable insights.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial bias to action, comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
