About Casual Game Advertising Manager job

Are you a skilled performance-driven professional with expertise in casual mobile games and experience driving profitable, scalable growth through precision targeting and smart bidding?

We're seeking an exceptional Casual Game Advertising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you'll lead paid growth across Android, iOS, and Facebook Instant Games, ensuring every dollar spent translates into measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid UA campaigns across multiple channels to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Analyze deep-funnel metrics and adjust strategy based on true value generation
  • Raise the bar on creative testing and iteration for high-performing ad types
  • Build robust attribution models and cohort analyses using leading tools like AppsFlyer or Adjust
Requirements
  • 2+ years of UA experience in casual mobile games or performance marketing with a strong ROAS mandate
  • Deep expertise with Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and rewarded video networks
  • A track record of scaling UA with positive unit economics
  • A strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, cohort models, CAC/LTV analysis, and predictive ROAS models
