Job Title: Career Growth Specialist

Job Description:

The Career Growth Specialist is responsible for identifying training needs and developing effective learning programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. This role ensures continuous development through both in-person and digital training, supporting employee growth and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis across departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs, workshops, e-learning content, and other educational materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality employee training sessions, including onboarding, soft skills, technical training, and leadership development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to inform future improvements.
  • Maintain accurate training records, reports, and learning dashboards to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals and strategic objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers and consultants as needed to support the organization's training needs.
  • Support the implementation and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline training processes and enhance user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
