Key Role: Transport Coordinator

Job Description

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transport operations to drive commercial success. You will bridge the gap between transport operational expertise and commercial acumen, ensuring seamless integration with contracted carriers.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day transport operations, focusing on coordination between H&M and contracted carriers - retail and online
  • Establish and maintain carrier relationships through structured follow-up meetings with operational departments and teams to secure short- and long-term KPIs
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver exceptional service levels. Analyze reasons for deviations between actual results and SLA to initiate corrective actions
  • Collaborate effectively with Transport Operations Manager, Inbound/Outbound Managers, Area Controllers, Store Colleagues, 3PL Partners, and Carriers
  • Monitor and act on DC SLA, Transport Costs, NPS Transport, and Transport Ops Service Level (for internal customers)

To succeed as a Transport Coordinator, we seek an individual with a proactive mindset, capable of creating scalable solutions independently. You must possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others.
