Fit-Out Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of commercial interior fit-out projects for premium clients in Bengaluru. As a Fit-Out Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from briefing and design coordination to on-site execution, final quality checks, and handover.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects. You will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret design drawings and BOQs, align procurement, manage site delivery, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Prepare and control project plans – schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate internal/external stakeholders including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE, and building codes.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • 8–15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value or GCC-related assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
