Process Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Engineer to develop new techniques, modify existing designs, and lead process improvement projects. This role is critical in driving efficiency and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development & Improvement: Develop new production techniques and modify existing designs to enhance efficiency and quality. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating process improvement projects.
  • Analysis & Optimization: Conduct process validation and improvement initiatives. This includes cycle time calculation and line balancing to enhance overall productivity and throughput.
  • Layout & Planning: Develop and optimize layout plans for production lines to improve workflow, minimize waste, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a process engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in process validation, improvement, and design.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on metrics such as cycle time calculation and line balancing.
  • Experience in layout planning and optimization.
Skills
