Luxury Villa Project Manager Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Luxury Villa Project Manager to oversee the pre and post-contract activities for our residential luxury villa projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector. They will be responsible for managing contracts, leading project initiatives, developing vendor relationships, and conducting rate analysis and negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Overseeing pre and post-contract processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Leading project management initiatives to deliver projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Managing vendor development processes, including evaluating, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with external partners.
  • Conducting detailed rate analysis and negotiating with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.

They will also have proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices, as well as strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies, exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and willingness to travel based on project demands.
