Job Description

The Project Director will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of projects—from planning and design coordination to construction, interiors, finishing, and handover.

This role requires extensive site presence, hands-on problem-solving, and a zero-tolerance approach to anything less than perfection in quality, aesthetics, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all phases of luxury villa and bungalow projects, from design integration to construction and interiors.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure precision, quality, and timely execution.
  • Personally monitor site progress through daily visits, snagging, and finishing inspections.
  • Resolve execution challenges swiftly while safeguarding luxury standards.
  • Drive value engineering to optimize costs without diluting design or finish.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 5 years in luxury projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality (villas, resorts, high-end hotels, malls) strongly preferred.
