A leading marketing agency is seeking a proactive and strategic Client Servicing professional to bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams. This role combines strong client relationship management with expertise in social media strategy and digital marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the client's requirements/brief and ensure internal teams deliver relevant, creative, and strategic solutions.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Create project timelines, budgets, and status reports; Track competitor brands to uncover market trends and insights that will shape a distinct brand approach.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Develop data-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
  • Design, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns that support broader marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative, media, digital, and production teams to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of client communication and coordination beyond social media — including design, branding, video, production, and campaign shoots.
  • Liaise between clients and creative/media/production teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Coordinate pre-production and post-production requirements for brand shoots and ensure timely delivery.
  • Track deliverables across service lines, maintain timelines, and manage expectations.

Requirements:

This role requires proven experience in client servicing, effective communication, and project management skills.
