Job Role Summary:

The Planning Engineer position plays a vital role in the success of high-rise residential projects.

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Project Scheduling: Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
  2. Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress through regular reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and escalate potential risks, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Estimation and Analysis: Prepare detailed cost projections and conduct thorough market rate analyses.
  6. Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate vendor quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and support procurement negotiations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • B.E./M.E. in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience in estimation for high-rise residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and market rates.
  • Hands-on experience with estimation software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
