Interior Designer Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualise and develop design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
- Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, timelines, and client expectations.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for on-time delivery.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
- 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
- A valid driver's license and access to transportation.
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
