Job Overview

You will design seamless user experiences that exceed expectations across our consumer app, web checkout, and vendor dashboards. Our goal is to optimize order completion rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform problems into intuitive flows, wireframes, and UI designs with clarity and craftsmanship.
  • Develop user journeys for browsing, menu selection, cart, checkout, and order tracking that feel simple and effortless.
  • Ensure all states (empty, loading, error) are polished so nothing feels broken or subpar.
  • Maintain a lean Design System that ensures consistency without stifling creativity.
  • Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering teams to bring designs to life efficiently.
  • Review live builds to ensure they match the design intent.
  • Utilize AI-assisted workflows to minimize busywork and focus on high-value design tasks.
Essential Qualifications
  • 3-8+ years of experience in product design with shipped B2C products.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and real-world applications.
  • Mastery of Figma and a keen sense of structure, clarity, and hierarchy.
  • Ability to communicate decisions clearly and move swiftly without overcomplicating issues.
  • Awareness of accessibility principles and designing inclusive experiences.
Bonus Skills
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate design and reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Background in marketplaces, food-tech, logistics, or SaaS dashboard design.
  • Basic understanding of motion design principles that enhance user delight without compromising performance.
