Job Description

As a skilled User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging experiences. You will facilitate workshops to gather requirements and present design solutions to senior stakeholders with clear reasoning.

You will apply design thinking methodologies to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business and user needs. You will also conduct user interviews, usability testing, and other research activities to gather insights and validate design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in UX design (enterprise, product, or digital solutions).
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Miro, and prototyping techniques.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, processes, and usability standards.
  • Proven experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into actionable design recommendations.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Apply design thinking methodologies to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs aligned with business and user needs.
  2. Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders to understand requirements, ideate solutions, and validate outcomes.
  3. Presentation of design concepts and decisions confidently to senior leaders and stakeholders, supported by clear rationale and user insights.
  4. Work within established design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
  5. Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and other research activities to gather insights and validate design solutions.
  6. Utilize tools such as Figma, Miro, and prototyping platforms to effectively communicate design ideas and deliverables.
  7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
