Job Title: Fleet Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our transportation network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large fleets, acquiring and retaining drivers, and leading driver engagement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain healthy supply in cities across the country
  • Conduct CSAT/PSAT activities, driver research, and survey activities to ensure driver satisfaction
  • Support cross-functional teams - GTM, marketing, legal, and GR teams
  • Manage fleet acquisitions and retentions, including market share analysis and strategy development
  • Search, hire, and retain offline and online recruiters
  • Build relationships with local authorities to effectively manage supply chains
  • Create and implement GTM strategies to onboard new and active drivers
  • Take ownership of various projects and initiatives to drive brand recognition
  • Identify supply gaps within different areas and establish new channels of acquisition
  • Travel extensively to manage on-ground operations across cities

The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment and have strong leadership skills with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities/regions.
