Analytics Team Lead

About the Opportunity:

This role will drive strategic initiatives to enhance supply metrics and empower the supply team.

A key leader in driving automation charter for the entire hotels supply ecosystem, this position will anchor designing frameworks, unlocking insights, and driving analytics tool adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives to improve key supply metrics and empower the supply team.
  • Lead rollout of data visualization tools to ensure effective usage and adoption.
  • Design and manage roadmap for dashboards and reports to track KRAs and KPIs for the supply team.
  • Deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization to enable data-driven decision-making and execution.
  • Automate manual reporting workflows using data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Category, Revenue, and Ingo teams to accelerate growth in room nights and GMV.
  • Prepare impactful presentations and business reviews for leadership to support strategic discussions and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field, with 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven track record of leading automation, driving analytics adoption, and enabling performance improvement at scale.
