Operational Supply Chain Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Strategist to oversee the supply acquisition process. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end supply chain from procurement to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a strategic plan to forecast monthly supply onboardings from different channels based on historical data and seasonal trends, ensuring efficient manpower allocation.
- Assign leads effectively to ensure timely onboarding and follow up with potential partners to maximize lead utilization.
- Ensure all incoming leads from various channels are converted into meaningful business opportunities.
- Advanced proficiency in google sheets and excel, including data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent data handling and analytical skills, with an ability to interpret complex data sets.
