Business Strategy and Operations Leader

Developing and executing business strategies is at the forefront of this role. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies that align with company goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute operational plans and drive process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure successful project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and communication.
  • Identify and develop high-potential talent to succeed in leadership roles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
