Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished service delivery professional to lead complex projects and drive successful outcomes.

As a senior service delivery manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Java-based projects, managing Agile teams, and driving client engagement and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closure of high-priority projects with strong technical expertise in Java technologies.
  • Manage cross-functional Agile teams to ensure timely, secure, and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships, improve delivery KPIs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in Java technologies, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additionally, you should have experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks, as well as proficiency in tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and project management certifications (PMP/CSM/SAFe) is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ years in delivery/program management
  • Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, stakeholder management & SLAs
  • Bonus: Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps (Jenkins, Docker, K8s), PMP/CSM/SAFe
  • Knowledge OR hands-on experience into AI
