The Visionary Project Strategist owns end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Leading discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  • Collaborating with solution architects to select models, prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Overseeing development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  • Ensuring secure-by-design practices, model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Establishing KPIs and delivering regular executive dashboards.
  • Managing vendor contracts and budgets.
  • Mentoring agile teams and driving continuous improvement with OKR tracking.

Required skills and experience include 6-8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.

Preferred skills and experience include prior work with agent frameworks, knowledge of process-mining tools, certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2, or SAFe POPM, exposure to generative design patterns, reinforcement learning-from-feedback, and prompt-chain optimization.
