Job Overview

The Senior Manager is a key role that involves prioritizing, planning, and implementing flagship initiatives. This position requires a visionary strategist who can manage complex projects, secure partnerships, and ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Prioritize initiatives based on their impact, return on investment, and strategic value.
    • Develop and maintain a phased roadmap for the next 36 months.
  • Execution & Delivery:
    • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to execute initiatives.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and key performance indicators.
    • Ensure initiatives are launched on schedule.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with global policymakers, enterprise executives, event organizers, and sponsors.
    • Present progress updates to leadership, sponsors, and partners.
  • Sponsorship & Revenue Enablement:
    • Support sponsorship strategy by aligning initiatives with corporate and NGO partner goals.
    • Ensure deliverables for sponsors are met with excellence.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns.
    • Establish clear goals, dashboards, and reporting systems.

Successful candidates will have 10-15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits, along with a strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or engineering.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proven track record of managing complex projects and achieving results in fast-paced environments.
