Technical Visionary Lead

Spearhead the future of software engineering and drive strategic tech stack decisions.

Modelia seeks a seasoned leader to oversee our cross-functional team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers. This is an opportunity to shape the direction of Full Stack development, ensuring every release is reliable, scalable, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and scale a diverse team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack engineers.
  • Define and enforce technical standards for high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Be actively hands-on: engage in coding, review pull requests, and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Make informed tech stack decisions regarding frameworks, infrastructure, cloud services, and AI integrations.
  • Implement the Scrum methodology: break down tasks into clear deliverables, manage sprints, and promote accountability.
  • Enforce stringent testing and continuous integration practices (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests) to ensure reliability in every release.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, including senior-level hands-on coding.
  • Proven track record of leading engineering teams in scaling and growth (preferably in SaaS/AI/consumer tech).
  • Expertise in Typescript, Tailwind CSS, React, Node.js, Express.js, Vite SSR, and Playwright.
  • A history of shipping complex products efficiently without compromising reliability.
