Role Overview:
As the Senior Advertising & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for positioning our IT services in global markets (US, Europe, Middle East, APAC) through innovative campaigns, answer engine optimization (AEO), and impactful digital presence. Youll lead strategy, execution, and performance monitoring across channels to build demand and brand authority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute global marketing campaigns across digital, social, and performance channels.
- Drive Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to ensure our services appear in AI-driven search/answer results (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
- Build and manage advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Programmatic).
- Develop thought-leadership content: whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, industry blogs, video explainers.
- Lead social media marketing (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, industry communities).
- Build and maintain global partnerships with agencies, influencers, and digital platforms.
- Align with the sales team to ensure lead generation and conversion-focused strategies.
- Track KPIs, report performance insights, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Mentor and guide the marketing team on global best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B/global IT services marketing.
- Expertise in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and next-gen digital marketing.
- Proven success in global campaigns (US, Europe, Middle East).
- Strong grasp of content strategy, demand generation, and paid advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
