About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive end-to-end lead generation and business growth in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in generating quality leads and closing deals with international clients, especially in website development, mobile application, and custom software requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients across freelancing platforms, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to maximize business opportunities.
- Leverage your strong network and relationships to generate and nurture international leads.
- Successfully close deals with clients from diverse geographical locations, focusing on IT, web development, mobile app, and custom software solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to enhance outreach and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Consistently meet and exceed lead generation, closure, and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT, website development, mobile application development, and custom software solutions sales.
- Strong network within freelancing platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
- Experience in closing deals with international clients across various industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic approach with the ability to execute tactically.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
