This role is part of our scheduling services team, which plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and establishing efficient schedules for our field staff.

The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing location-based field consultants' time with our clients while developing trusting relationships with assigned field staff and operations management.

They will manage the timeliness of assigned orders and coordinate the production schedule for all assigned field staff, ensuring that internal and external customers receive high levels of service.

The role requires strong customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

In this role, you will:

  • Organize and schedule assigned field engineering or jurisdictional visits by overseeing workload and calendars; communicate with clients and coordinate visit times;
  • Establish working partnerships with external clients and internal stakeholders;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related field;
  • Strong customer service and work scheduling skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bilingual skills;
  • Proficiency in MS 365 and proprietary business systems;
  • Additional language skills: French, Spanish, German, Portuguese;

Education and certifications:

  • Other, but 4 Year College Degree/Bachelors preferred;
