Job Title: Executive - Customer Order Service (Europe)

This is a dynamic role in the fast-paced environment of customer service, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, result-driven, and an effective communicator.

The job involves processing orders for equipment, media, and consumables via manual or online platforms, ensuring accurate invoicing parameters. The position also requires interfacing with internal teams to guarantee product delivery while maintaining communication integrity and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create manual or Shop Carestream Orders in SAP/C4C, ensuring accurate invoicing parameters
  • Handle customer/stakeholder queries and complaints, escalating complex issues to SME/T L for resolution
  • Maintain Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) by ensuring accurate order inputs (customer code, pricing, quantity, products, ship-to, bill-to)
  • Monitor invoicing and timely delivery at customer sites
  • Release orders from credit hold in collaboration with the Credit Team
  • Remove order blocks through close coordination with cross-functional teams
  • Create internal/demo orders with Channel partners/Sales Teams
  • Interact with Sales Ops, Supply Chain, WH teams for product availability and inform customers on order status
  • Create financial documents in SAP (deferrals, adjustments, rebate agreements) as per business case
  • Collect relevant documents from Logistics (POD) & Customer's acceptance to trigger invoicing
  • Work closely with Field teams/Sales operations to resolve issues not within BOCs scope
  • Manage customer claims on defective products in SAP, coordinating with Customer, Manufacturing, Logistics, Transportation for root cause analysis
