ERP Specialist for Transition and Integration

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ERP specialist to lead and support organizational transitions, focusing on transition planning, execution, and integration of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of JD Edwards configuration, data structures, and integration points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement JDE processes for divestiture scenarios, including customer/supplier master segregation, order closure, and data handover.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
  • Configure and support modules such as Sales Order Management (O2C), Purchase Order Processing (P2P), Inventory Management, and Advanced Pricing and Preferences.
  • Handle intercompany transactions, returns, and transfer orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12–15 years of experience in JD Edwards ERP with a focus on Finance and cross-functional modules.
  • Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.
  • Strong understanding of JDE configuration, data structures, and integration points.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
