Zoho ERP Implementation Specialist

At Bbg-etc, we are transitioning to a new integrated Zoho One solution built within Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and related apps.

This role requires an experienced Zoho specialist to lead the technical setup configuration and optimization of our new ERP environment in Zoho ensuring a smooth migration from our legacy system.

The specialist will work with and be supported by members of our team who have already begun the setup process.

Project Scope:

  • Configure Zoho Books Inventory and Creator for invoicing AR/AP inventory management cylinder tracking and customer management.
  • Migrate customer product and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules workflows and automations as appropriate to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools for payment gateways e-commerce and logistics as necessary.
  • Test train and support team members during rollout.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Zoho One implementation experience especially with Books Inventory and Creator.
  • Skilled in ERP migration workflow automation and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Collaborating live with our team over Zoom is required for real-time collaboration troubleshooting and approvals.
