
Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations and check-ins/check-outs, and ensuring that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation
- Room Reservations: Process all room reservations, including room assignments, cancellations, and modifications
- Check-in/Check-out: Confirm guest arrivals, process payments, and distribute room keys
- Communication: Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel amenities and services
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs in a timely and professional manner
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management using clear and concise language
- Problem Solving: Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Technical Skills: Operate a computer system to manage room reservations, check-in/check-out processes, and other front desk functions
