The front desk representative serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively greet and welcome individuals as they approach the front desk.
">The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks, including answering questions and addressing complaints, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace, and reporting to management on administrative matters.
">In addition, the front desk representative will be expected to handle incoming calls, redirecting or keeping messages as necessary, receive and distribute letters, packages, and other mail, and prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
">The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking office supplies and placing orders for replacements as needed.
">Requirements and Skills:

- A diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality and hotel administration or a related field is preferred">
- At least 3 years of experience in a front desk role within the hospitality industry">
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills">
- Working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools">
