Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and respond to queries, manage counter and telephone activities.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills when interacting with diverse clientele.
- Perform administrative duties including appointment scheduling, data entry, and payment processing using company software.
- Provide technical advice on hearing aid devices and services, with training provided as needed.
- Accompany patients to treatment areas and inform them about clinical procedures.
- Support clinicians in managing appointments and clinical services.
- Handle electronic payments and daily financial settlements.
- Maintain accurate records and perform monthly checks.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service and medical billing is advantageous.
- An intermediate level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office skills is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, with the ability to provide empathetic care.
- A flexible approach to work and ability to work independently or as part of a team is necessary.
