Front Desk Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and respond to queries, manage counter and telephone activities.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills when interacting with diverse clientele.
  • Perform administrative duties including appointment scheduling, data entry, and payment processing using company software.
  • Provide technical advice on hearing aid devices and services, with training provided as needed.
  • Accompany patients to treatment areas and inform them about clinical procedures.
  • Support clinicians in managing appointments and clinical services.
  • Handle electronic payments and daily financial settlements.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform monthly checks.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service and medical billing is advantageous.
  • An intermediate level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office skills is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, with the ability to provide empathetic care.
  • A flexible approach to work and ability to work independently or as part of a team is necessary.
