Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Identify high-potential customers and schedule product demos to drive business expansion
- Deliver Results-Driven Demos: Conduct online demos with qualified leads, uncover key needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals effectively
- Active Listening and Needs Assessment: Handle objections, propose customized solutions, and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into revenue
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to successful account closure
- Prospect Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up via phone, email, and CRM to maximize conversion rates
- Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline in CRM systems
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and SDR teams to optimize lead flow and conversion rates
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Track Record: Closing SMB sales in a similar role with a strong track record of success
- Effective Communication Skills: Strong presentation skills (Google Meet demos) to engage and persuade prospects
- Empathy and Solution-Oriented Approach: Ability to understand prospect needs and pitch tailored solutions that meet those needs
- Confidence in Handling Objections: Skilled at guiding prospects toward informed decisions
- Self-Motivation and Resilience: Target-driven and able to perform under pressure to achieve sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM Tools: Experienced in using CRM systems for structured follow-up processes
