Job Title

The Project Lead role is a key position in the organization. The main objectives of this team are:

  • Ensuring successful and consistent delivery of software solutions to customers.
  • Effectively managing commercial aspects by securing committed revenue and maintaining healthy margins.

As a Project Manager within our organization, you will play a key role in the growth of our services practice, help implement best practices and new methodologies, and help deliver projects as per agreed scope, schedule, and budget ensuring higher revenue and maintaining healthy margins for the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Successful project implementation using project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Manage a project team of functional and technical consultants.
  • Good understanding of software products to converse with clients in a knowledgeable and confident manner.
  • Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Interpret different commercial and contractual terms and manage the project as per agreed terms and conditions of the contract.
  • Support leaders, Practice Leads, and Sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals (incl. Statements of Work approvals/Project Management estimates).
  • Adhere to Governance & Project Reporting using project management tools.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Overall 15+ years of working experience.
  • 8+ years of effective Project Manager experience.
  • Worked in reputable organizations.
  • Software implementation experience in project management/technical delivery management.
  • Delivered end-to-end large/medium software projects using Waterfall & Agile Methodology.
  • Good understanding of risk, fraud, originations, customer onboarding domains.
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in loan originations, fraud, decisioning, customer management.
  • Experience in delivering cloud-based implementations & On-Perm solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications like Scrum Master, SAFe.
  • Willing to travel (20-30%).
Desired Skills
  • Track record of owning and carrying out projects from start to finish with strong prioritization and time management.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with internal & external teams and varying levels of management.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & Hindi, Marathi(optional).
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to independently drive projects through to completion.
  • Highly collaborative approach to build, manage and motivate project teams spread across geographies, department and organizations (clients and partners).
