Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that focuses on managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

The primary responsibilities include vendor payments, customer billing, statutory deductions, and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a strong understanding of AP/AR processes and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Vendor Payments: Manage vendor payments, including booking and passing payment entries, while ensuring statutory compliance.
  2. Internal Support: Provide required details for audit requirements.
  3. Vendor Reconciliation: Have good knowledge of vendor reconciliation.
  4. Customer Billing: Handle billing to customers, including E-waybill, based on data received from user departments.
  5. Closing Reports: Prepare monthly closing reports.
  6. Microsoft Excel: Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Requirements:
  1. Over 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  2. Strong understanding of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes, including exposure to automation tools and workflows.
  3. Hands-on experience with vendor payments, reconciliations, and day-to-day transactional accounting.
  4. Proven experience in coordinating with auditors and supporting audit requirements.
