Job Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Financial Transaction Coordinator to oversee financial transactions for a portfolio of properties. This role will focus on managing accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support month-end close activities, accruals, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for invoice coding and approvals.
  • Prepare payments via checks, ACH, and wire transfers while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow and track payment schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives in accounts payable, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Financial Transaction Coordination, preferably with U.S.-based accounting exposure.
  • Experience in the U.S. real estate sector is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; Yardi experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and IRS regulations related to AP.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under deadlines.
