
Senior Employee Experience Coordinator

This is a full-time remote role that requires support for day-to-day HR functions, including employee records management, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, and assisting in recruitment processes.
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Benefits Administration. Additionally, they should have skills in Training coordination and facilitation, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.
A strong communicator and team player, the candidate will be able to work independently and remotely. A background in the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
