Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR Operations
- Manage HR processes across the employee life cycle for large workforce groups.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee ID creation ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
Drive Compliance and Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee engagement and query resolution.
- Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting for decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of HR Operations experience, preferably in large-scale organizations.
