US Sales Operations Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to head our US Sales Operations, responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team of 200+ professionals.

Job Summary:

This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and hands-on expertise in CRM, dialers, QA, and global compliance.

  • Design an End-to-End Sales Funnel
  • Develop and execute world-class training programs and AI-driven performance systems.
  • Partner with US leadership teams to deliver hard ROI outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead managers, trainers, QA, and WFM to drive sales performance and consistency.
  • Deploy the best-in-class tool stack, including Salesforce/HubSpot, Five9/Genesys/NICE, ServiceTitan/Workiz, and Zendesk/Freshdesk.

Requirements:

  • 12-18 years of leadership experience in US-facing sales operations.
  • Proven ability to scale 200+ seat operations with consistent ROI.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM, dialers, QA, and global compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, cultural fluency, and data-driven decision making.
