Job Title:
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and onboard new business associates and advisors to drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate regulatory trainings for business associates and advisors.
  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly choreographies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular business associate meetings to discuss performance, goals, and challenges.
  • Drive business submission and issuances by streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Clear pending cases through documentation and medicals to ensure timely issuance.
  • Train distribution teams on improving first-time right submissions.
  • Achieve monthly objectives and targets through focused effort and strategy implementation.
  • Motivate advisors and business associates through various contests and sales enablers.
  • Provide daily updates on business status and contest applicability.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue.
  • Focus on driving renewal premium collection through targeted strategies.
