Business Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new business associates and advisors to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate regulatory trainings for business associates and advisors.
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly choreographies to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular business associate meetings to discuss performance, goals, and challenges.
- Drive business submission and issuances by streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Clear pending cases through documentation and medicals to ensure timely issuance.
- Train distribution teams on improving first-time right submissions.
- Achieve monthly objectives and targets through focused effort and strategy implementation.
- Motivate advisors and business associates through various contests and sales enablers.
- Provide daily updates on business status and contest applicability.
- Maintain healthy relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue.
- Focus on driving renewal premium collection through targeted strategies.
