We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our strategic financial projects.

This role is key to managing operations and driving cross-functional initiatives across the organization. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership and teams across finance, legal, and programs to ensure key priorities are delivered efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project planning, coordination, and risk management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They must be comfortable working with data and financial reporting tools, and have a proven track record of successfully managing high-priority projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Governance:

• Set up and manage dashboards, workplans, and trackers for key projects.

• Coordinate strategic meetings and follow through on action items.

• Help run regular reviews with program and operations teams.

New Business Models & Entity Setup:

• Support the launch of new business models and legal entities.

• Coordinate with teams on strategy and implementation.

• Track project risks, dependencies, and timelines.

Strategic Initiatives:

• Manage high-priority projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.

• Track progress against strategic goals and raise any delays or issues.

• Support internal changes like new team structures and hiring.

Community & Shared Services:

• Lead the internal community across locations, organizing meetings and knowledge-sharing.

• Help design and launch shared services across teams.

Requirements:

• MBA in Finance, Strategy, or Project Management (PMP a plus).

• 6-10 years of experience in finance, strategy, or project management roles.
