Strategic Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead our organization's strategic finance initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps to drive business outcomes.
  • Program manage multiple key initiatives around cost transformations, AI, and Automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, and global enterprise programs.
  • Creation of project plans with clear action items and milestones to ensure timely execution.
  • Manage global stakeholder engagement and communications of project plans and status, risks, and escalations, and project deliverables.
  • Identify and remove obstacles for implementation of projects to ensure timely execution.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees as required.
  • Align project portfolios with organizational financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide executive-level oversight of critical Order to Cash transformation initiatives.
