Job Description

This role supports pricing managers and merchants in defining and optimizing the pricing strategies for various product categories across channels.

  • Develop strategic price test development, data-driven price change recommendations, and measurements.
  • Assist in developing, modeling, communicating, and tracking performance of new initiatives related to Pricing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Provide cluster-specific data analytics, including development and deployment of necessary dashboards, reporting, and insights.

Research, design, and develop applicable statistical approaches/models for specific business problems (Price Testing, Price Change, Post Mortem & Category review).

Design and develop processes to gather, explore, structure, enrich, and clean large datasets from various internal and external sources.

  • Utilize item role designation (Key Value Item (KVI), Head, Core & Tail) models in support of Role of Category and Intent objectives to develop insights.
  • Develop scalable retail test processes and frameworks for design of experiment, test v/s control testing, baseline development, assessment, and recommendations.
  • Analyze Competitor demographics & performance for pricing across key categories.
