Senior Pricing Associate

The primary objective of a senior pricing associate is to provide accurate and timely deal evaluations for IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of customer pricing presentations, including listing key deal commercial terms and conditions.
  • Ensuring alignment of deal commercials with risk protection measures against Forex, international taxation, global labor laws, and other relevant factors.
  • Contract redlining, review, and discussion with internal teams (delivery, legal, business, etc.) and participation in customer negotiations.
  • Preparation of deal P&Ls, cash flows, and balance sheets as per IFRS standards.
  • Deal termination schedule preparation and identification of accounting treatment for cost items in the deal P&L that aligns with accounting standards (GAAP and IFRS).
  • Cost inputs coordination with multiple internal teams and deal solution discussions.
  • Commercial and contracting risk identification, highlighting these risks to leadership, and suggesting or deploying mitigation approaches.
  • Collaboration with finance team functions on reporting and accounting requirements.
  • Multitasking between priorities to meet organizational deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Interface and coordination with development teams on system enhancements and responsible for strong internal controls.
