Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator
\The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to schedule meetings and respond to emails on behalf of the executive.
\Key Responsibilities:\- Aid the executive in preparing for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are ready.\
- Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the Director, providing timely and accurate support.\
- Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for the Director, demonstrating excellent written communication skills.\
- Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and travel logistics, showcasing ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.\
- Coordinate meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on pending items, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.\
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure action items are completed, demonstrating strong administrative skills.\
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to ensure smooth business operations, fostering effective communication and collaboration.\
- Proactively manage and organize the Director's calendar, ensuring all appointments, meetings, and events are accurately scheduled, reflecting exceptional time management skills.
Requirements:
\The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are also essential, along with well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking abilities.
