We are seeking a skilled Workday Functional Consultant to join our team.

Job Description
  • This is a critical role in delivering complex solutions across client implementations. As a Workday expert, you will play a key part in planning and prioritizing work for yourself, assisting the lead by providing inputs on all phases of the delivery lifecycle, collating and reporting status/impediments with the greater project team.
  • You will be responsible for leading small implementation projects and launching implementations. You will also manage workload for the team, assist the team in all phases of the delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering Complex Solutions: Plan and prioritize work for self, assist lead by providing inputs on all phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team.
  • Leading Small Projects: Lead / Manage – Small implementation projects / Launch implementations, manage workload for the team, assist team in all phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team.
  • Data Management: Develop complex configuration for clients and Leads, manage data transformation and perform EIB Data loads.
  • Support and Training: Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
  • Data Conversion: Lead and Involve in Data conversion Activities pertaining to Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with the Leads for project delivery
  • Communication: Coordinate with the EM / PM and Client for project delivery
  • Task Management: Multi-task and engage on multiple projects at a time for lead activities.
  • Project Ownership: End to end ownership of assigned projects
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Excellent technical & functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.
  • Configuration Build Knowledge: Thorough Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll Configuration Build knowledge.
  • Migrations, Data Conversion and Reporting Concepts: Through knowledge on Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll Migrations, Data Conversion and Reporting Concepts.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills
