Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Workday Solutions initiative. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining scalable solutions across multiple Workday modules.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, governance, compliance and system integrity. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable solutions across Workday modules, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • System Integrity & Change Management: Oversee change processes across production, sandbox and implementation tenants, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop advanced reports, dashboards and analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess excellent technical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, along with relevant work experience in solution architecture and project management.
