Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Solutions Expert to join our solutions engineering team. You will work closely with customers to deploy solutions across global customer deployments, utilizing your technical expertise to drive successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing automation scripts in Python and experience working with YAML syntax. Additionally, they will possess excellent collaboration skills, enabling them to effectively communicate with the engineering team to plan and execute deployment plans for POC and lead to completion of deployment.

In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an expert on customer operational analytics solutions for networks, applications & security workflows;
  • Take a hands-on role in deploying products to meet customer requirements;
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement effective deployment plans for POCs;
  • Contribute to improving product features and quality through strategic enhancement proposals and thorough customer reviews.
