Job Description

The ServiceNow Developer role requires an individual with expertise in designing scalable solutions across Compliance & Risk domains using the ServiceNow platform and cutting-edge technology.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • GCP Working Knowledge
  • Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical disciplines
  • Overall 4-8+ years of development experience.
  • 2-6+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions/components

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality software projects on time and within constraints.
  2. Participate in the development life cycle activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
  3. Complete technical/implementation design documentation to facilitate understanding and execution.
  4. Provide accurate estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases.
  5. Conduct regular implementation and code reviews to ensure alignment with development, implementation, and performance standards.
  6. Collaborate with teams to prepare configurations for production deployment.
  7. Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to guarantee software quality.
  8. Evaluate and escalate issues, providing feedback on implementation specifications.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations, and CMDB.
  • Experience using applicable programming methodologies: JavaScript, API (Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, Angular JS.
  • Holding ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials.
  • Conceptual architecture knowledge.
  • 3+ years Agile Framework experience as well as hands-on Scaled Agile Framework experience.
