Pet Sales Representative Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pet Sales Representative to join our retail team. If you have a passion for pets and enjoy helping people, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and pitch suitable products and services
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory levels
  • Coordinate pet spa appointments and services
  • Process home delivery orders and ensure timely dispatch
  • Stay informed about products, new arrivals, and promotions
  • Manage sales through the point-of-sale system and handle cash/card transactions
  • Assist with stock management and store opening/closing duties

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
  • A basic understanding of pet products and their features
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork
  • Basic computer knowledge is beneficial
