Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals set by management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Utilize strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers over the phone, handling inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Brief knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computers and CRM software for record-keeping and customer management, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers over the phone, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection gracefully, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping and issue resolution.
